Nancy Cooley won the accompanist’s prize in
the Walther Gruner International Lieder Competition in 1987.
She has given recitals, with singers and instrumentalists,
for the BBC
on the South Bank and has performed also at Aldeburgh, Brighton, Cheltenham
and Aix-en-Provence festivals.
She was for many years on the music staff
at Glyndebourne, and now teaches at Brighton College and Battle Abbey School, and works for Glyndebourne Education.
Patricia Williams studied at The Guildhall School of Music
as a Corporation of London Scholar
and won several prizes for piano accompaniment.
She now specializes in working with singers as accompanist,
coach and teacher. She directs the Holst Choir at James Allen's Girls' School and has just celebrated 20 years as director of the Blackheath Choir.
Patricia also presents
her own one woman anthologies of poetry, prose and song.
